Work Experience At 17 I started as a labourer for a Building Company refurbishing Houses in Manchester working alongside Tradesmen gaining invaluable Experience & Skills. I worked Self-Employed as both Contractor & Sub-Contractor in Re- Roofing and 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry. I also carried out Building Inspections to Shops with regard to Maintenance, prioritizing repairs and providing a Scope of Works and Costs, also Health & Safety Issues such as Smoke Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Disabled Persons access. 
 In Australia Since arriving in South Australia in 2000, I have worked as a Self-Employed Carpenter, mostly Designing & Building Timber Pergolas & Decks, including preparing Scale Drawings for Council Approval. I have also been Contracted to carry out Insurance Assessments for two of Adelaides leading Insurance Companies, which included taking Customer Statements, Assessing Damage and preparing the Scope of Works. 
 For the last several years I have concentrated on using my 40 years Building Experience to carry out Pre-Purchase Building Inspections, advising Customers of the Condition of the Building / Property on the day of Inspection, plus Advise on Repairs & Maintenance.
