- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor quality of work. Poor quality equipment, leaving streaks and marks over carpet. Carpets still very wet 24 hours later.
Claims customer satisfaction and work is guaranteed however when work is questioned, becomes very abusive and refuses to discuss.
Had to get carpets re done and new carpet cleaner was appalled at the state the carpets were left in.
Poor service, disgraceful attitude and due to the large amount of carpet cleaners available, in my opinion, this is definitely one to avoid.
